We can accept Cheques & Postal Orders.

Shipping:
All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible for delivery within 2-3 days, subject to availability (see below). Bikes and larger orders will usually be sent by courier. We will try to arrange delivery of bigger items with you. Our standard service is 24hrs from dispatch.

Outside of the UK - Please e-mail us for an exact postage quote and availability worldwide.

Product Availability:
We will endeavour to hold as much stock as possible, however occasionally we may have products listed on our website that are temporarily unavailable or are warehoused. These items may take slightly longer to reach you. If this is the case we will contact you via telephone or E-mail as soon as possible and let you know prior to dispatch. You will be free to cancel or change your order at any time if we have not dispatched the goods.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. If you require an order change please allow for a small delay.
You may also change your mind at any time within seven days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to do this you must enclose the original receipt of purchase and return the item to us for a full refund (excludes any postage charge).

Warranty & Returns:
Any products we supply to you online are sold with the same warranty and support you will get from any of our high street stores. If you can get to a Store when purchasing a bike remember you will get even better after sales care. All bikes purchased from our Stores will be fully prepared by one of our excellent technicians and will be sold with a free first service so we can check any initial settling in of cables, retentioning nuts and bolts where required.

PRODUCT SUPPLIED BY TREK BIKES & ATB SALES:
These products (Trek, Gary Fisher, Whyte, Marin, Wilier) are not posted but home delivered. Home delivery service means that the bike is delivered by ourselves privately for you, we do not use a courier or the mail. This means the bike is delivered built and serviced as if you had collected from store, unlike postage, where you would just receive a bike in a box. If a bike supplied from Trek or ATB is posted it renders the warranty invalid. As we home deliver these bikes, you are offered the full extent of the Trek / ATB sales warranty for your bike when it is purchased from us online. As a result of this we cannot guarantee we can deliver these bikes all over the UK, however we will try our best. Please call or email us before ordering any of these products.

Although we make every effort to act responsibly and not mislead people in any way we cannot always guarantee availability. The Site is updated in response to availability as soon as possible. We are not liable to any damages arising from the access or use of our site We assume no responsibility and are not liable for any damages or viruses on your computer equipment or other property as a direct result of using or accessing our site.
